There is no DD that shows that Warren Buffett did not give Newton a billion dollars to buy a ten percent share of RCCH. What is your point?

bag, that's the game these guys play. The old leveraged buyout. I'll give you shares for your worthless technology/business...I get to put out a nice PR for the stockholders...you sell the shares and we split it 50/50.

That is not a valid position IMO. It proves nothing. But the lack of proof a transaction took place bears weight but also is not proof.
