As I see it there is the logistical part and the
legal part. Is the SEC taking this action
against the company or simply against the symbol?
Ie...has the company done something illegal or
are there those who are manipulating the pps.
This is a big difference, obviously. If
the company has traded illegally most of these
companies will be finished. If the other,
then we should see the exact opposite result.

Which is it....and how do we find out?
