From his 2 replies to me and his replies to other posters I've read , I can assure you he knows that the SS is important and that we think the SS is important. Because of this, he'll get us the info as soon as he can.
He will release it in a PR or in the next quarterly. He will not answer questions relating to the stock. The new attorney has done a good job coaching him on what he can and can't say. He will also never say when he'll release a PR because it's obviously insider info.
Unfortunately we'll just have to wait it out. The PPS can't go down much more. LOL
