The CE status will have no effect on the uplist.

The CE is strictly a Pinksheet symbol and the OB will require financials in place.

Also the CE is not just because they were not reporting but rather an advertising campaign on a non reporting company.

I say its too late for CE concerns. In March ok but now that we are not getting financials until mid April, its time to forget CE and move forward with the uplist (only pending audited financials to be up to date and cannot happen prior to May 1st).

It will be interesting to see how long they wait to update shareholders on production numbers. Could they give a quick update in a few weeks or will the wait an entire month, or even wait for Q2 to end. That is what will ultimately matter when it comes to breaking through 2 cents and look for 3 cents.
