That quote is kind of "murky".It is true but it makes it sound like a long series of processes.
What is not said is the speed at which they are now able to complete those processes which has been increasing rapidly. (there is a learning curve here)
This is one of the last "Ducks in a row" that are being put into place for a smoother run through the FDA.

I think that quote was a way of confirming that they have now come much closer to having that process in place--I believe he was explaining that the optimizing process has proven to work and they have applied the newly optimized formula(s) to the animal testing, at least for one of the Cides (which I think is the Flucide). And, they can now apply the same optimizing approach to their other Cides. Whether they are done tweaking the Flucide product I do not know. I don't usually try to interpret Dr. Seymour's statements, but thought I'd give it a try in this case. Lee
