I'd say when a company only lasts 3 years and folds, that it was unsuccessful. The dry cleaners around the corner from me has been in business for 18 years! And I never see any one going in or out of there. Now that dude is a successful CEO! I'll ask him if he's hiring since Watson is probably looking for work, or another company to run into the ground.

exactly, businesses fail but the trick is to find a solution for everyone. The past is over, they are looking towards the future and this merger will bring about a positive change for both parties.
