The only thing in an 8k was this:

"703,518,875,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding"

"the Company's stockholder list as of March 4, 2005 had 407,321,106,308 shares held in CEDE & CO"

Your 6 months ago bit is bull too. The first filing since July 22/2003 was the 15-12G/A Feb 17/05.

When their filing list is a great big blank, you need to think twice about referencing info from filings. That puts you in the same category as crstphr2.
