It's clear unregistered stock hit the market. Where it came from no one knows yet. There is another place it could have come from besides the company.
Also why would the insiders let Urban dilute out there holdings. As a large insider I would not allow that to happen, and I would of had Urban removed. Janice IMO this is not what you think it is.
That's why it has captured the penny market.
