Well I have to say you have hit the nail on the head. Without pumping promotions these little penny stocks would lay dormant and never move. If a stock is moving its because somewhere on this wonderful world wide web someone is pumping it.
Promoters are not the scum of the earth one might think. They do a job that is necessary in the OTC Market arena. Their are goood ones and bad.
The Good ones put the stock out to the public with their only intrest being to serve their payer.
The bad ones will front load a stock put it out and kill you on the move up they are who you must watch out for and that is why you should always check a chart for volume activity prior days on any promo newsletter you recieve.
Never trust the information given in the pumps. Never never never never never. Pass if you're not in very early. Very very very very very early. And if you're in the money sell sell sell sell sell.
