Twist it any way you want Pinky...I have REPEATEDLY stated I am voting AGAINST the two director option...you need to take time to verify your constant accusations.
Also repeatedly voiced concern on the 100-1 BUT if the company (that just increased its sales force) says the penny price CAN adversely affect sales then I am willing to go along.
