So having an 15 Billion A/S is considered an "Asset"? Maybe I should buy a defunc pink shell, increase the A/S to 20 billion, and take out a multi-million dollar loan using my 20 Billion A/S as collateral?

No matter how you slice & dice it, increasing the A/S to 15 billion is a major red flag!
