It's like buying a house. You need to show you have some sort of assets that give the bank confident in loaning money to you. (house market mess does not count :P) 10B extra A/S with PPS at .0004 = $40M.(cover the 1008acre deal) Higher the PPS, the more borrowing power MMTE has. MMTE financial side seem to not be an issue anymore.
