The IR update states this today though:
The attorney has reviewed the disclosures and has provided the legal opinion, which will be submitted today, simultaneously with the disclosure documents.

Its not just some FB post from some random guy. DM has had contractual ties to GD.

however these comments were made by an officer of a company that had contracted with Guard Dog, therefore we are respecting the merging company’s request for additional time to look into the issue.

My opinion on this is that the merging company may be backing off until they find out for sure that there is no law suit. Its more than likely trying to be settled out of court.

Watson is well aware of the comments made by "an officer of a company that had contracted with Guard Dog".

Those comments made would alone send a stench to anyone that would want to deal with Guard Dog.
