They are finaling up the assay for the more than 300+ cores they obtained and the new drilling currently in play and active.
Regarding Dutches plan review the presentation they did and it outlines a plan direction with goals and timing for production and partnering for both gulch and jungo.
Costs are not as high as you are stating. That is true for some. they can start with a small miners permit and get production moving quickly. Jungo may not even need that and may be JV'd. We will see.
It does take money though you are correct.
Funding is coming from some dilution we have seen. Now that they are cleaning up a balance sheet as we should find out they are in a position to start taking advantage of other means of financing.

technical people always see the need for more work
this project is well advanced but there is no feasability study. production will probably start small and then increase -fairly typical except for the big boys.
IMO the major DGRI problem is they have big project and need money-which is better than having no project or a small project
