yes more work is needed, more work is always needed, even when production starts, more work will be needed. even after shut down more work is needed

technical people always see the need for more work

this project is well advanced but there is no feasability study. production will probably start small and then increase -fairly typical except for the big boys.

IMO the major DGRI problem is they have big project and need money-which is better than having no project or a small project
