NM: I think you're missing the point. Despite all the angst virtually noone is against a R/S. It is a necessary step in moving this company forward (off the Pinks).. The problem IMO and others is that a 1:100 R/S would seriously damage our investment by tanking the PPS to a level, that despite earnings, contracts, etc might be impossible to overcome. Further, whether you think so or not, some of the other amendments do nothing, zero, nada, nil for the shareholders who have supported this company through all the bad times..R/S 1:15, or 20, or 25 fine with me...
