You couldn't be more wrong, Koz. Stop repeating trash.

The 13 colonies did not become sovereign nations following the revolution. The only state that was actually a sovereign state was Texas, I believe, and then just in the interim from when it was taken from Mexico until its statehood could be ratified.

How tiresome conservatives are.

You report, we decide? I don't think so. It's more like you listen, you repeat?

Obama's health care reform should be referred to as RomneyCare. He devised it first and it was challenged and then upheld in the courts.

ObamaCare=RomneyCare, and don't forget it.

Oh…Please! Universal healthcare unconstitutional…Hog-wash! What about Social Security?

I support the Universal healthcare program 100%. It may not be perfect, but it stands for all the right reasons. How can one put a “Profit Margin” on a person’s health? Those days need to be behind us, we need to focus on a better life for all Americans, not just for the CEO’s of large hospitals and pharmaceutical companies.

Social Security helped us grow as a people and a nation. The aging public need not worry about money at an age when they can do very little about earning it. Healthcare is one of the same.

If you get sick, how can you continue working to afford healthcare, and why should one be burdened by worry when ill?

The current healthcare system is failing due to the greedy employers that refuse to provide healthcare benefits to its employees leaving a much smaller group picking up the tab, therefore collapsing the system with outrages premiums. (Hence: the hospitals write-off the bills unpaid and charge those who can.) Universal healthcare removes the gouging profit factor.

kozuh, sorry, as has been pointed out, by others you are wrong again.

On seeing your use of the Declaration of Independence as proof of your claim Obama healthcare is unconstitutional i thought .. what??? .. surely "sovereign" in the Declaration of Independence refers to free of the parliament of Britain .. my thought was confirmed when i read ..

"The United States Declaration of Independence is a statement adopted by the Continental Congress
on July 4, 1776, which announced that the thirteen American colonies then at war with Great
Britain were now independent states, and thus no longer a part of the British Empire."

I'm sorry, but it seems to me that often your certainty, and seeming arrogance, belies your knowledge .. too often ..
