You are NOT an American so you do NOT understand American

history. The States existed as SOVEREIGN NATIONS after the

Declaration of Independence in 1776. It wasn't until 1781, five years

later, that the UNION of STATES was created via the ratification of the

1st US Constitution. So, the USA is a UNION of 50 States just like the

European Union is a UNION of 27 States. Now notice that Germany has

its own HealthCare system, as does France, Spain, etc; if EU politicians

tried to force the 27 States of the EU into ONE FEDERAL HealthCare

system, there would be great resistance from Germany, Spain, etc.

Likewise, Obama was wrong to try to force the 50 States into ONE

FEDERAL HealthCare Program. About 30 States have already refused

to be a part of ObamaCare. I report, you decide ... ((<: }
