Oh...this means they haven't paid their dues with the State of Nevada and submit their current list of officers...this has nothing to do with the SEC.

In fact, this company has a prior history of retiring millions of shares, but keep on trying, maybe some will fall for this blathering...

That website relates to the Nevada Sec of State's office and it shows that KATX is in default with just the State of Nevada. That website has nothing at all to do with the SEC.

I wrote the Nev SOS office for clarification of the Default status with Nev SOS and I was advised that All KATX needs to do is report the current officers and to pay for their Nevada Business License. I also wrote KATX asking why the Nevada SOS "Default" was allowed to continue and I received no reply from KATX.

Speculation is that they are not paying for the KATX Business License because there is a chance that the KATX properties will be absorbed into BVIG )Kat Gold Holdings Corp), but I have no proof of that speculation.
