Goose are you arguing about "the demise of VTSI"?

I'm not. I'm just arguing about this bone headed move by management which erodes current shareholder value (as well as earning potential) pre- and post split.

Man maybe if we just both drink the kool aid, our faith will be rewarded

Al,

I'm not part of any crew. I don't follow anyone's rules, not even my own (lol) And by no means am I trying to destroy the share price.

Never have I argued for the 'demise' of VTSI. I've only argued that there would be a high probability in a sustained general downtrend in the stock price based on experience.

I'm holding a large position long.

And I don't doubt the viability of the company's future - obviously the reason that I'm still invested.

My only agenda is to have this R/S voted down, and allow management to come back to the table with a proposal that makes sense for ALL shareholders.

My opinion is that we're not losing any sales based solely on stock price, and even if we were losing a relatively small amount of sales, those losses pale in comparison to the market haircut we just experienced by having management even propose a R/S.

VOTE NO - FIGHT THE POWER!

You've got to give credit where credit is due.
The proxy (Ferris) sunk the share price, and not the "crew".
I sold 75% of my shares on the day of the cc realizing that it really didn't matter what they said, the proxy said it all.

I had planned to hold the rest hoping that the RS would be voted down. It was those who are willing to take one for the team that had me worried and led me to conclude that the RS and other control amendments had a good chance to pass. If that happens, IMO this stock will tank.

Like weo says "I have no dog in this hunt". Earnings become irrelevant if shareholders are not able to share in future profits.
