Do you believe their intellectual property is overstated? Many companies, especially technology companies, have large amounts of intellectual property on their balance sheets. Since I'm sure their intellectual property includes patents, design specs, etc. for their simulators and they sold over $6 million worth of simulators last year, I'd say the rights and idea of them is worth $7 million. So while I will say that I'd like to see more cash, receivables, property, etc. on the balance sheet to further bolster the asset class, the liabilities are so low that I don't think it's a huge deal at this point.
