Haha, yeah, they have lawyers, they are not going to sink the stock to steal without consequences.
It may have been a dumb decision only time will tell. However, the fact that fundamentals will greatly improve over the next 4 quarters makes me feel fairly confident that even if it was a dumb decision short term, the long term price will increase notably.
Texas is the state of incorporation according to their conference call. I believe that is where their securities counsel is located as well. I absolutly believe them when they said their attorney advised them that a company of this size need only be required to have 2 directors. This company is growing fast, and needs to remain nimble.
While it might seem like having less required directors puts the shareholder at risk, in reality that is rarely the case. Due to the 1) strict scrutiny they will recieve from activist investors and 2) any directors added would just be yes men to the chair at this point.
I disagree with alot of the strategic opinions of z-tech, but in reality he is the best thing for the investors, someone to constantly check the actions of management.
Still noone has answered with opinions on subscritpion fees. Noone has really talked about this revenue stream, but its gonna be a big moneymaker.
In addition, how about Virtra filiming footage at that prison. Bureau of Prisons as a potential customer? Could be some cash in that deal.
