Most penny stock gamblers don't look at that. Bob is looking to attract "real" investors who don't look at penny stocks. What do you think "real" investors look at? Un-audited financials? Real investors won't just take Bob's word for it that EPS is what it is, they want verification from an independent source. Real investors also look at liquidity, they want to know that they can get out pretty quick if something goes bad. They might be able to here with $2k worth of stock, there are thousands of other better options available to them.

First and foremost is ..... wait for it..... wait for it.... putting the "horse before the cart" and getting the financials audited.

You could have 100% growth on the pinks sheets and have little interest in this stock. I have been trading this garbage for 23 years, financials mean nothing on the pinks.
