I think you are dead on with thinking that Bob may have received bad advice. One of the more disturbing things to happen during the conference call was the unwillingness of Bob to provide the name of the company or companies they received financial council from concerning this matter. I got the impression that possibly they received NO professional advice. This was just my conclusion based on the response to a question asked to him by a caller.

Pinks: Ferris may not be so naive as you may think. It appears that he may have had the current OWNERS get the company out of IRS & Dutchess debt and then find no further use for the current OWNERS.

When I say current OWNERS I am referring to those, including me, that bought in while the company reduced the debts to IRS & Dutchess.

Do a 1/100 R/S then take it private. The other proxy items appear to lean toward going private as well. IMO
