Meanwhile Ferris answering on Don's behalf in response to the question during the CC as to why Don wasn't more invested kept going on about how successful Don was in his prior positions. Ferris had the opportunity to, but didn't begin to offer any of the excuses you're now putting forth on Don's behalf. Why didn't Don even speak for himself?
