You haven't really explained how Bob is supposed to raise $15 million to take it private. What you suggested is somehow he can force the price down to .0008 from .08, but what I want to know is how? Price drops much below 6 cents and a lot of buying is going to take place. Bob does NOT control the market for VTSI.
