A buyout could occur before FDA approval - in which case you'd be looking at just over .05 before pps would go immediately back to much lower levels again and everyone would go once again back into cryogenic stasis waiting for FDA once again! Andy ain't gettin any younger and is 'super primed' for selling. IMO
