SirFelix I am a bit surprised by your contrary view on the proxy. You have told us numerous times that you have been in contact with the company regarding basic company promotion items such as updating the web site in a timely manner, getting involved in and participating in social media (Facebook twitter etc.) Poor IR response, having timely conference calls and more. Now they tell you we can fix it all with a reverse split and have you have even less of a say in the company operations. Have they addressed ANY of your concerns with the proxy or are they still ignoring you?

I'm not trying to pile on...I'm just trying to help you understand how I am thinking about this.

You know, I guess I am trying to scare people into voting no because I AM SCARED of the outcome. My only goal is to at least get my original investment back and possibly if this RS Proxy does not pass, I actual profit.

Again, a vote no for this proposal does not mean you and I cannot vote yes to something much better for the company and us in the near future. IMO if this does not pass they WILL come back with a better option!

I respectfully ask that you please seriously consider what I am saying.

Okay so you beat me by a month and a half, but actually weo1998 has been here longer on this board than both of us. He made his first post, the 2nd post on this thread, on September 04, 2000 12:28:45 PM
