CNYD as of Dec. 31, 2010 had an OS of 19,551,785. There are shares to trade and create volume, which makes a market. Since your comparison is way off, guess you don't understand the liquidity issue either. You want to see the daily volume of VTSI increase pre-r/s? Watch what happens if the company does an audit demonstrating to all current and future shareholders that earning reports issued hitherto and forthcoming are backed by the signature of its CEO.

Your arithmatic is 100% correct. Your Premise is 100% wrong. Would you want this stock to trade 2,000 or 4,000 0r 6,000 shares a day??? Without the 1:100 R/S that would be equivalent to trading 200K, 400K, 600K today which we don't currently average..

The Math is not the point any longer IMO, The motive is the point.
Some think Ferris's Proposal is a positive move, others differ..
