So Ryjbech, is that a confirmation that you think this is or could be a legitmate concern....??????

You have in the past given legitmate reasons why an action or situation with VSPC may exist.

Can you give one for this situation?

Why wouldn't VSPC or the Third party that China Gate represents want the public to know that they have the pattent?

I just dont think you could say "well maybe the third party hasn't completed the patent protection process" Why would Carl dump $16 million in a grass licence on a grass that hasn't finished it's patent process or make a log factory?

Part of Patent protection is to make the public and other business aware that you have the patent to avoid violators of your patent claiming ignorance that a patent existed.

So why would Carl do a deal in such a manner as this where he cannot claim patent protection publicly... Whats to stop any other entity from selling a similar grass without this protection.

I can't think of a reason but maybe you can?


Someone on Yahoo said we have a patent for the grass or implied it....

I ask you to do as you did with me and ask them to prove we have a patent on the grass or that one even exist.

I think I have done enought work to show that one should exist
