The GOP wants to increase the number of homeless. That's their mission...destroy the middle class and put as many homeless on the streets as they can -- including families.

BOTTOM LINE: The Community has rights also; the
Community built Libraries and Playgrounds for specific
purposes that are destroyed when the ACLU is able to
exaggerate the individual rights of home-less people.

Then I guess you must really feel bad that libraries are being shut down all over the country. But the billionaires who you worship at the alter of have their very own libraries so why would you care?
