Short Answer, absolutely positive for PPS. Historically, securing capital for any company is indication of healthy company, financiers who believe on growth potential of said company, ability of company with new funding to execute business plan and grow company, to name a few. In a nutshell, the LOC IS HUGE

It really depends on the terms of the LOC. If it's not potentially ditlutive, which most LOC's for OTC stocks tend to be, then it's a big positive. Even if it's potentially dilutive, it could still be a positive. Very often there's a connection between the LOC and the PPS. If the LOC calls for uplisting AND a PPS of .02+, then the key is getting the PPS up without a reverse split. At some point we'll see those LOC terms.
