It really depends on the terms of the LOC. If it's not potentially ditlutive, which most LOC's for OTC stocks tend to be, then it's a big positive. Even if it's potentially dilutive, it could still be a positive. Very often there's a connection between the LOC and the PPS. If the LOC calls for uplisting AND a PPS of .02+, then the key is getting the PPS up without a reverse split. At some point we'll see those LOC terms.
