I agree about the no RS. It will be something a little more creative. Such as acceptance of an offer from 8BD of one share of 8BD for every 100,000 shares of BDGR.PK. At least the company will be whole again. We have to get past this sale to EFIR next week first.
(Those Germans sure can recognize intrinsic value which has been demonstrated by the demand of 8BD shares)
