My understanding is that the Government of Chile has served legal papers to the Board of Directors of Barrick Gold Corp in the Pascua-Lama saga and my question is, is anyone going to ask Peter Munk Founder and Chairman of Barrick what is really going on as his investors are obviously being misled. They have used this to their benefit without legal ownership of Pascua. As well it is my understanding that they, the largest Gold company in the world have not disclosed to SEC that they do not have a claim in Pascua, yet have leveraged there stock on saying that they have owned it for many years.....love to see you interview Mr Munk or Mr. Andy Lloyd, Communications Director in this regard . If neither one is available, I'm almost certain that Jorge Lopenhandia , rightful owner of the claim or President of MWR, Brent Johnson would love to fill in.....believe it would make for a very interesting segment to your show !!
