I get that. If anything this company has one of US in the game now. Encouraging to say the least!

HFBG is about to make some waves. I believe there is a wave of news that will start to come out that will be positive.

Fine. What then are the current A/S, current O/S, current Restricted? Surely, as an HFB manageer and insider by your own admission, you must know the numbers of the present day O/S, A/S, and Restricted. Let's get off to good start, shall we? Let's start by coming clean with the most basic share structure data that shareholders have a right to know, viz., O/S, A/S, and Restricted Share numbers appertaining to Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (HFBG.PK). Thank you.

I can not think of any better partner that HFBG or it's shareholder's could have than someone who for the good of the company locked up his shares ...

The only reason imo for screams of a halt , suspension or no bid to be touted is for .0001 capitulation ...

Frankly I like and am very encouraged by seeing someone with much skin in the game and consider it a very good thing for not only HFBG the company but for the rest of us shareholders ...

Let me cut to the chase, I was fully aware of restrictions going in. I know what my reporting obligations and restictions are. I have reviewed rules with SEC and have legal counsel. Proper forms will be filed. I have nothing to worry about. Which brings up another point "with months of claims there will be SEC trading halt, suspension, no bid, etc., anybody figuring out merit of these claims and why we continue to hear them, louder & LOUDER?" I know purpose of most and so do many others, both of which are competing to get .0001s from those scared out with a loss.

Shareholders should be encouraged that I have skin in the game with restrictions. I knew what the cost would be going in and shareholders should be encouraged to know that.

Shareholders have a right to know that basic and crucial information, namely, O/S, A/S, and Restricted Share numbers appertaining to Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (HFBG.PK). Thank you. Must non-insider shareholders continue to be left in the dark in this vital area as the firm dilutes toward infinity? Nothing good for shareowners can ever be achieved by a company that spits on its own stockholders.
