my questions for alias.

first off please do not take this as negativity, i just have honest questions that you can answer. I still hold shares of hfbg and would love to see it increase in PPS.

1. what do you do on a day to day basis with HFB? as in what are your job duties?

2. Are you being paid a salary or hourly wage for your work done with hfb?

3. If yes, where is that money coming from?

I have a lot of questions but these will do for now.

I really would love to believe that all the things being said with mgmt changes and new strategies are true, but until we see some concrete info, its a little tough.

Best of luck to all

It speaks volumes that the firm is quick on the draw with endless quantities of fluff, hype and reality-bending forward statements if not outright lies (like Foodtown orders or Canada Dry Bottlers distribution and the other falsehoods enumerated in sticky). However, ask the firm repeatedly a simple question about present A/S, O/S, and Restricted totals... total deadening silence is the reply. On its face, this shows the primacy of secrecy this firm places in those numbers. After all, the three numbers (O/S, A/S, Restricted) tell, as nothing else can, the truth about this company as a dilutional pump machine manned by mountebanks and masquerading as a beverage firm.

As one knows that information can not be given out in a post to anyone, it must be disseminated publicly ...

alias: What are the current A/S, current O/S, current Restricted? Surely, as HFB Chief Business Development Officer (by your own admission), you would know the numbers of the present day O/S, A/S, and Restricted. Shareholders have a right to know that basic and crucial information, namely, O/S, A/S, and Restricted Share numbers appertaining to Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (HFBG.PK). Thank you. Must non-insider shareholders continue to be left in the dark in this vital area as the firm dilutes toward infinity? Nothing good for shareowners can ever be achieved by a company that spits on its own stockholders.

Surely you know thats material information don't you & would be illegal?

You know our Q will be out soon.
Being optomistic and hoping for the best from let me ask this. What percentage of "OTC pinksheet" companies have open TA especialy subpenny not to mention .000? Explain to others why they have different levels of OTC and what risks they have.

Now as far our Corporate tax you reported not paid. It was just an assessment. I have contacted our SOS agent and learned it is simply an oversight beacuse report not filed 3/1/11. It will be reported and taken care of and surely they will ammend its status page with our timely filed report. Hopefully you and others will not post this daily until ammended but if you do I state on the record "it will be handled and updated without any consequence unless you make one."

Do you not think its positive for an insider to have a major stake of skin in the game? How about you explain to everyone the benefits to everyone of my shares having all those complex restrictions. As previously posted in link below I know what my reporting obligations and restictions are. I have reviewed rules with SEC and have legal counsel. Proper forms will be filed and on time for all to see through SEC. [tag]http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=61329165insert-text-here[/tag]

Would you rather I submit a resignation and sale all my shares whenever I choose in the open market without restrictions? Or would you rather they be restricted and participate on this board legally without material information given?

Which brings up another thing I cannot sit around here and post replies all day long like this but I will do my very best to take care of business and respond as timely as possible in a way that is legal as an affiliate. Remember I am a shareholder also just like some here and care about shareholders.

I want to assure everyone that I knew the costs going in and will hold my stake here a long time. By SEC rules I will be. I meant what I said in Mar 22, 2011 Press Release "A series of bad management decisions led to our stock's poor performance, we expect a great turn around in valuation for all shareholders with the new management direction and the vision of 'Grandmama' Larry Johnson very active in our game plan ahead." He further added, "Larry Johnson and our alter ego 'Grandmama' branding is opening many doors for us which we are planning and developing products to capitalize on."

I have bought shares just like everyone else and also as I stated in Press Realese.
"as a Major Hall of Fame Beverages shareholder became very unhappy with previous management decisions"
Before becoming a insider I accumulated a major position and now upside down although averaged down like many longs left. I was told & believed PRs like many others. That is why in 3/22/11 PR I said "As a Major Hall of Fame Beverages shareholder I became very unhappy with previous management decisions".
I made my own decisions than as I have now and will not whine because I believe I will not lose in this effort I've taken on. We are still a Current Information Pinksheet not Caveat Emptor and I want to deliver value for shareholders as I also stated in 3/22/11 PR
" expect a great turn around in valuation for all shareholders with the new management direction."
Its not about the past like Warren Buffet said "The investor of today does not profit from yesterday's growth. or... We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful".
