The RS will only be one step. Yes, Filings will need to be completed.
The RS will get rid of those pesky littled Common Shareholders.
And since most CEO's don't also RS the AS.
JB will have a ton more shares to dump into the market again.
This would allow the Repeat Cycle to begin.
Now he's stuck in the Rinse Cycle.
