The funny thing about this "self-accounting", I am quite confident the SEC/DOJ has subpoenaed each and every bank account held in all the defendants names, and those banks most certainly cooperated.
SEC/DOJ is giving these guys an opportunity to "report accurately"...any misrepresentation will most certainly come with severe punishments for not following the court ordered accounting.
