Mr Halperin's written accounting was due today........he filed it a couple days early. But it serves as a reminder that accountings are also due today from the other defendants (SPNG, MM, SM, RME, JP and GS).

Within 10 days of today the court wants the SEC to provide an estimate of RM Enterprises' and SM' maximum liability in order to establish the amount of their assets to be frozen. $5million+ of MM's assets have been frozen, subject to adjustment based in part on his accounting.
