Dear Shareholders: Just a brief update on the DTCC Freeze and our progress: 1. We’ve tried again to work with the DTCC on getting the freeze lifted without having to file the registration. Our attorney suggested that we do a reverse split as that may help get the freeze lifted. The reason being that one of his clients had a similar situation and the DTCC lifted their freeze once they completed the reverse. To me that was not an option, so we moved on" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >insert-text-here.[/b]
2. We are still working on getting our registration statement filed. There have been some minor road blocks so it is taking longer than we had hoped that it would. We have been putting our money into getting ReJuv up and running. We actually pre-pay for our Media, and it has taken the majority of our cash, which has slowed down the process in getting everybody paid to get registration statement filed. I anticipate getting it filed by July of 2011. We had to make choices and without a strong business, with revenues, getting the freeze lifted would be meaningless. We are working everyday to create value for the Shareholders. I know many are not happy about the time that it is taking, but we are still in business, and growing every day.
