stocksplit, read Machinists link. Nutshell is that VERT and VFIN are very common dilution vectors in pink stocks. So when VERT or VFIN is on the ask while volume is trading lower than expected, it's often dilution in progress.
For clarity, we have no way of knowing whether dilution actually is happening. Only the nagging concern of having VERT on the ask very often in the last couple months.
