Hypothetically, what if they didn't lease any land in Singapore but still had seedlings transported and growing on somebody elses land? That would be the same thing as RUBA just a larger scale. I don't have a problem with the SEC, I'm only saying they have an effective way of telling us things by not telling us things legally. JMHO
