Please don't take this the wrong way, but that post does not sound like someone who is long....it sounds like someone who sold this morning.....and if so, I can respect that.....that thought crossed my mind too as I saw it dropping.....that's my problem - I shouldn't even be watching this.

1) The agreement with Oklahoma State Univ (obviously different from Oklahoma University) will involve either cash or shares -- my presumption is cash. I'd be curious to see the details of the agreement. Hopefully it will be released in the 10K (typically issued on 3/31).

Maybe, but we could also hear about Boeing , or another large firm backing this deal. It certainly would not surprise me.

2) More time is needed to develop the technology and it doesn't appear it will be a few days or weeks more -- likely months or longer. Brighter and larger is what is needed, but who knows how long this will take. I guess the nanocrystals they purchased from the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab were not sufficient enough to achieve these two things over the last number of months and they had to go to another lab.

I have to disagree on the nanocrystal purchase from Berkeley. We saw no indication that these were purchased. I believe other arrangements were made. The Berkeley lab fullfilled their purpose in developing the nanocrytstals, and solving the multi color dillema.

3) Even once the new tech is achieved, they will still have to either find a partner to commercialize it with them (the likely route rather than going alone) -- more months probably. This is where we hoped Boeing might come into play and they still might, but obviously since we haven't heard anything from Boeing yet (or any other company), Boeing probably felt more development was needed before they jumped on board.

I am certain the partner/partners are lined up and waiting. I think TDCP management is taking their time to work out the most advantageous arrangement possible at this point. The 10K will hopefully shed more light on this.

4) We keep going up, up, and up despite the charts and momentum indicators signaling a larger pull back, despite the lack of news, and then despite the news which can be called "mediocre" at best. So, I am not sure which people are buying up all the shares and why, but I don't want to be there when they get bored and dump. And that day may be on a day when I am not paying attention and my gains are gone.

I think some information is still leaking out and spreading via the rumor mills. Also, the stock is gaining a lot of noteriety over the web via trading websites, such as E-trade.
