What I do not agree with is the "non-marginable" restrictions placed on stocks below $1. If market makers could short and those with off-shore accounts, then US retail customers should have access to short selling "ALL" securities.
I couldn't agree with you more. Do that, and you'll take a great deal of the volatility and unpredictability out of penny stocks.
