I agree. Shorting is a necessary "evil". Whether the bulls like it or not, it does create stability and liquidity in the market.

What I do not agree with is the "non-marginable" restrictions placed on stocks below $1. If market makers could short and those with off-shore accounts, then US retail customers should have access to short selling "ALL" securities. Only then would there be true balance in the markets.

Please research all stocks before investing. My posts are my opinions and are not buy or sell recommendations. Always force market makers to cover their shorts above what you paid. Build wealth for fellow iHub'ers!
