i would not call missing a major, probably the majorest, milestone in the company's evolution a nitpicking issue. they missed their objective, badly. they still haven't started production and we are at the end of Q1 2011. they are now more than 3 months late on this critical task with no signs of them getting started any time soon (virtual radio silence).

AND - they don't have financing to start production

AND - they need additional certs before they can sell

this company is going in the wrong direction
