Gim I don't think so Owens seems ready to make it happen no matter how long or what it takes. He seems very loyal to his friends and will make this happen. He has seen everything going on and still says ready to do merger.

GimMe, i know what your saying but i dont think thats the case here. Mr. Owens lawyers have looked everything over and they are ready to sign the merger agreement. There is alot of BS on this board but nothing anybody says on a public message board will stop the merger from being signed on friday. We will be merging with centa, get financial info, and vote. Thats all there is to it. The posts from joe are the last resort efforts of a scam artist not getting his way. I would suggest calling (or emailing) Jeff or James if you have any fears of the merger not going through.

EXECUTIVE offered to sponsor a class action suit, and not many seemed to answer him. Go back through his posts, I would imagine it is still up, and the offer is still open. I would have thought that people would have jumped on it from the sounds of things here. Perhaps they all answered privately.
