This disgusts me. The fraud is blatant and indefensible yet the whells of Justice move very slowly. I am afraid Centa will go elsewhere to achieve their goals while the crooks play games.
Jeff just needs to ignore the machinations of "The Truth" and file a correction with Sec State of CO. Bring a lawsuit and a Cease and desist order to The truth. This cannot be cheap and if Centa leaves , no one will be there to pay the legal bills to keep it going.
Centa could file a lawsuit for tortuous interference ( however you spell it) but they have to be weighing the cost /ROI by now.
Jowens seems to want some justice for the Shareholders but not if it hurts his company. Companies act in their own best interest, as they should, not based on emotion.
The largest SHolders on here need to set up a lawsuit and ask for donations to help. If the merger dies , we are left holding the empty bag. Joe, Dean, Etc wins.
