LMAO ... That could be said of any government agency!!! As I see it, Laidlaw had the "it" factor going on right now and we'll all, at least all that hold, be rewarded.

Worked for the government 3 decades ago as janitor.
At that time I thought they must be very efficient because my job was so easy. There was never much paper in the trash can. I am much older and less ignorant now.
